Make the move into vocational ministry as part of a church planting team. Take your next step to follow God’s call and serve in the local church. Pursue your passion for growing God’s Kingdom through this highly experiential leadership pipeline that features advanced training in key focus areas.

In-residence.

The program includes on-campus, online, and intensive elements facilitated on the Central Illinois campuses of Northwoods Community Church.

Involved.

Participating men and women serve alongside church leaders, learning from expert practitioners and through active involvement in thriving ministries.

Intentional.

Candidates must be ready to build on their gifts and experiences to develop skills essential for planting distinctive, Northwoods-style churches.

Instructed.

Students take accredited graduate coursework through a collaborative relationship with Lincoln Christian University in pursuit of a Master of Arts degree.

Direct involvement in ministry is the hallmark of the Northwoods School of Ministry program. Students learn to lead as they work alongside mentors in a specific area of ministry focus.
